Developed and contributed to the library of modules for a patented AI modular framework, OneVision, that streamlines the development, testing, validation, and deployment of advanced data processing algorithms with the key advantage of taking multiple inputs with dissimilar data sources and fusing them into actionable insight in real time for enhanced decision-making in mission-critical environments.

Created agile, intelligent, secure, and available solutions to minimize costly downtime, reduce operational costs, and enable seamless scalability in the migration of enterprise applications to cloud and mobile platforms. Maintain comprehensive network security compliance and IT infrastructure support for the JWICS network at the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), including RMF Authorization to Operate (ATO), monitoring of security controls, and server administration.

Managed VTC equipment in NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments at DMEA, providing all hardware, software, firmware, network, and user services. Provided hardware maintenance and IT support for the Navy’s Pacific Fleet Command Center Knowledge Wall A/V components. Maintained and migrated legacy computer and communications (C2) systems for more than 250 Air Force infrastructure engineering and upgrade projects over seven years.

Innovation

Developed a zero-trust approach to Cyber GAP identification and elimination that was implemented for DARPA, Sotera Defense Solutions, and Cisco Systems. Analyzed government security trends, attack vectors, and real-time vulnerabilities to identify and manage siloed technologies, significantly reducing detection times for security breaches from 100 days to 13 hours.

Developed Agile solution for accelerating the ATO process by incorporating rigorous processes, metrics, value stream mapping, and compliance assessments, and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Automated approach uses an exclusively licensed patented data fusion software to verify, validate, and augment human processing of risk data.

Engineering

Ensure integrity of resources and engineering processes used at DMEA to design, generate, manufacture, and distribute critical microelectronics components. Provide critical maintenance, repair, test, and integration services for automated systems across all semiconductor foundry tools. Support analysis, design, documentation, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs); manufacture of electrical hardware and harnesses; and adherence to MIL standards. Formulate, design, develop, fabricate, integrate, test, verify, and operate space flight and ground system hardware, including development and validation of new technologies to enable future space and science missions for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
